The ground rules for travelling with us
Written to be read, not just signed. Booking a trip with blisssora means these terms apply — here's what they say in plain English. Last updated September 2026.
The whole thing, condensed
The deal
You approve a written itinerary and pay a 20% deposit; we book and manage everything in it. Balance due 45 days before departure.
If plans change
Free date changes up to 30 days out where suppliers allow. Cancellations follow the schedule below — no invented fees on top.
If things go wrong
We fix what's in our control and advocate hard for the rest. Comprehensive travel insurance on your side is required — it's the seatbelt.
Bookings and payments
- A booking is confirmed once you approve the itinerary in writing and pay a 20% deposit
- Quotes are in AUD and valid for 14 days — exchange rates and supplier pricing move
- Final balance is due 45 days before departure; late payment may release held bookings
- Card and bank transfer accepted; instalment plans available on request
- All supplier names and inclusions are itemised in your documents before you pay
About pricing
If a supplier raises prices between quote and deposit, we tell you before charging anything — you can walk away at that point, always.
Changes and cancellations
Our default setting is "let's find a way". Here's the framework.
Date changes
Free to move up to 30 days before departure where suppliers allow; inside that window we pass on only real supplier costs.
Cancelling
Deposit is refundable minus unrecoverable supplier costs up to 45 days out. Inside 45 days, refund amounts follow each supplier's own policy — we chase every dollar back for you.
Force majeure
Storms, strikes, closures: we rebook or refund what's recoverable, and we'll always offer a rescheduled trip first if you want one.
Changes by us
If we must change your itinerary, you get equal-or-better alternatives — or a refund of the affected component if nothing suits.
What we need from you
The honest basics that keep a trip smooth.
Valid documents
Passports, visas and IDs are on you — we'll remind you what's needed and when.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive cover is a condition of booking. We'll ask for the policy number.
Tell us early
Health, mobility or dietary needs — the earlier we know, the better the plan.
18+ experiences
Gaming venues are adults only, with photo ID at the door — venue rules apply throughout.
Where our responsibility starts and ends
We design, book and support your trip — but airlines fly the planes and guides run the tours. Our liability is limited to our own services and what's required under Australian Consumer Law. Supplier failures we chase hard on your behalf; consequential losses (like missed connections outside our control) are what your insurance is for. Nothing here reduces the consumer guarantees you're entitled to.
- We vet every supplier we book — safety records, licences, insurance
- Known risks get flagged in your documents before you commit
- Problems mid-trip? Our support line is the first call, always
