Your details, treated like our own
The plain-English version of how blisssora collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated September 2026.
Privacy at a glance
What we collect
Your name, contact details and travel preferences — the stuff we actually need to plan a trip. Nothing more.
What we never do
Sell your details, spam your inbox, or share your plans with anyone who isn't part of delivering your trip.
What you control
Ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted — one email does it. See contacts.
What we collect and why
Only what's needed to design and run your trip:
- Contact details — name, phone and email, so we can actually reach you
- Travel preferences — dates, pace, dietary needs, the "must-dos" and "no-thanks"
- Booking particulars — passport names and any requirements airlines or stays legally need
- Website basics — anonymised stats about which pages get read (see our cookie policy)
What we deliberately don't collect
No tracking pixels in our emails, no social-media profiling, no buying third-party data lists. If it isn't needed for your trip, we don't want it.
How your information is used
Three reasons, and only three.
Designing your itinerary
Your preferences shape the route, the stays and the pace. That's the whole point of telling us.
Making and managing bookings
We pass the necessary details to hotels, airlines and tour operators — only what each booking requires.
Looking after you mid-trip
Flight changes, weather pivots, last-minute requests — your contact line stays open while you travel.
We may occasionally email past travellers about genuinely relevant new trips — and every email has a one-click unsubscribe that actually works.
Who sees your details
The short list — and the strict rules attached.
Your suppliers
Hotels, airlines, guides — each gets only what their booking needs.
Payment processors
Card details go straight to the payment provider — we never store them.
Legal requirements
Only if Australian law compels us — e.g. border or tax requirements.
Never
Advertisers, data brokers, "marketing partners" — nobody else. Full stop.
Security and how long we keep things
- Booking records live in an encrypted, access-controlled system
- Only the designer working your trip sees your file
- Completed-trip records are kept 7 years for tax law, then deleted
- Enquiry details from trips that never booked are deleted after 12 months
- Paper notes get scanned, then shredded — old school, but tidy
The rights you always have
See it
Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
Fix it
Spelled your name wrong? Changed phones? We'll correct it same day.
Delete it
Ask us to wipe your details (outside legal record-keeping) and we will.
Take it
Your data, exported in a readable format if you ever want it.

Talk to us about privacy
Privacy questions go to the same inbox as everything else — blisssora@gmail.com — flagged to Amelia, who owns this policy personally.
If we ever change how we handle data, this page gets updated first and past travellers get told directly. No quiet edits.
